Refund & Return Policy

At Zylotixcosh, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our premium kitchenware. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist you with a seamless return and refund process.

1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, accessories, and manuals must be included.

  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used for food preparation cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods or customized/personalized products.

  • Final sale items or gift cards.

4. Return Process

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
