Advanced Targeted Roller for Scar Remodeling Care
Stop wasting time on surface-level scar fixes! Trilumia® Scar Repair Roller, powered by Medical-Grade Silicone + Nano-Liposomal Delivery™, combines clinically established silicone scar care with advanced targeted delivery technology for comprehensive care of both new and old scars.
Unlike ordinary scar creams that focus mainly on surface-level moisturizing, Medical-Grade Silicone forms a flexible, breathable protective barrier over the scar, helping maintain an optimal hydrated environment. At the same time, Nano-Liposomal Delivery™ enhances the targeted delivery of skin-conditioning actives, supporting a healthier scar-remodeling environment and helping improve the appearance of dense, uneven scar tissue and excess collagen buildup.
Trilumia® goes beyond simply covering the scar — helping soften firm scar tissue, flatten the appearance of raised scars, reduce visible redness and discoloration, and gradually make scars look smoother, softer, and less noticeable.
Designed for new and old scars, including surgical scars, C-section scars, burn scars, acne scars, cuts and injury scars.

“After two years, I thought laser treatment was my only option.”

“Two years after having my daughter, my C-section scar was still thick, raised, red and noticeably firm. I kept waiting for it to fade, but every time I looked in the mirror, it was still the first thing I noticed.I eventually started looking into fractional laser treatment, but the cost of multiple sessions made me hesitate. That’s when I decided to try Trilumia® Scar Repair Roller first.I applied a thin layer directly over the scar morning and evening. By Day 7, I could already see a difference—the scar looked less red, felt noticeably softer, and the raised area didn’t look quite as prominent. I honestly wasn’t expecting to notice anything that quickly. With continued use, the scar gradually looked flatter, smoother and much less noticeable against the surrounding skin.I’m so glad I tried Trilumia® before committing to expensive laser treatments. For the first time in years, my scar no longer feels like the first thing I see when I look at my stomach.”

“I can finally wear shorts again—without trying to hide my surgery scar!”

“After my knee surgery, I was left with a thick, raised red scar that made me incredibly self-conscious. Even when it was warm outside, I kept wearing trousers because I hated people noticing it.
I started using Trilumia® Scar Repair Roller morning and evening. Within 7 days, the scar already looked less red and felt noticeably softer. After using it consistently for about a month, the raised area looked much flatter and the colour blended far better with the surrounding skin.
Last weekend, I wore shorts out for the first time since my operation—and for once, I wasn’t thinking about my scar all day. That feeling alone made it worth every penny!”

Deep Dive Into the "Hidden Scar Cycle"

Scars form when the skin’s normal healing process becomes unbalanced after surgery, burns, cuts, or other injuries. Persistent inflammatory signals can keep fibroblasts overactive, causing excessive collagen to accumulate and form dense, disorganized scar tissue beneath the skin.Over time, this abnormal collagen buildup can leave scars raised, firm, red, discolored, tight, or uneven in texture long after the original wound has closed. Areas under greater skin tension, deeper injuries, burns, genetics, and a tendency toward hypertrophic or keloid scarring can make this process even more pronounced.
How a Scar Becomes Harder to Ignore

In its early stages, a scar may appear only slightly red, raised, or firm, and many people assume it will simply fade with time. But when the healing process remains unbalanced, fibroblasts can continue producing excess collagen, causing dense scar tissue to build up beneath the skin.
As the scar matures, this excess collagen can make it thicker, harder, darker, itchy, tight, or increasingly raised, sometimes developing into a hypertrophic scar or keloid. In areas such as the abdomen, knees, shoulders, or joints, mature scar tissue may also create tightness and reduced skin flexibility, making everyday movement or clothing more uncomfortable.
Unlike a simple surface mark, a mature scar can involve deep, densely organized fibrous tissue, which is why early and consistent scar care is important for helping keep the scar softer, flatter, smoother, and less noticeable over time.
The 4-Step Science Behind Smoother, Flatter, Less Visible Scars
Trilumia® Scar Repair Roller combines Medical-Grade Silicone, GHK-Cu (Copper Tripeptide-1), Hyaluronic Acid, Centella Asiatica, and Allantoin with advanced Nano-Liposomal Delivery™ to provide targeted care for raised, firm, red, discoloured, and stubborn-looking scars.
Step 1: Protect, Hydrate & Soften
Once rolled over the scar, Medical-Grade Silicone forms a thin, flexible, breathable barrier that helps reduce moisture loss and maintain a consistently hydrated scar environment. This helps dry, tight, and firm scar tissue feel softer, smoother, and more flexible, while creating a better environment for continued scar remodeling.
Step 2: Nano-Liposomal Targeted Delivery
Ordinary creams can remain largely on the skin’s surface. Nano-Liposomal Delivery™ uses microscopic lipid carriers designed to improve the delivery and retention of selected scar-care ingredients within the skin. This helps ingredients including GHK-Cu, Hyaluronic Acid, and Centella Asiatica provide more targeted support where uneven scar texture and visible discoloration develop.
Step 3: Calm Redness, Tightness & Rough Texture

Even after the original wound has healed, scars can remain red, dry, itchy, tight, rough, or uncomfortable.Hyaluronic Acid + Centella Asiatica + Allantoin help hydrate and soothe the scarred area, supporting skin that gradually looks calmer, softer, smoother, and more even in tone and texture.
Step 4: Support Collagen Remodeling & Fade Visible Scars

Raised and mature scars often appear thicker and firmer because of dense, uneven scar tissue and excess collagen buildup beneath the surface.GHK-Cu (Copper Tripeptide-1) works alongside Medical-Grade Silicone and Centella Asiatica to support a more balanced scar-remodeling environment. With consistent care, Trilumia® helps soften firm scar tissue, flatten the appearance of raised scars, reduce visible redness and discoloration, and make scars look smoother and less noticeable over time.
From Raised, Firm & Noticeable → To Softer, Flatter & Less Visible

6 Advanced Ingredients for Multi-Level Scar Care

Medical-Grade Silicone: The foundation of professional scar management. It forms a flexible, breathable barrier over the scar to help maintain hydration and improve the appearance and flexibility of raised scar tissue. Clinical studies of topical silicone have reported improvements in hypertrophic scar thickness and pliability.
GHK-Cu (Copper Tripeptide-1): An advanced tissue-remodeling peptide. This naturally occurring copper peptide supports fibroblast function and is involved in collagen turnover and tissue repair, making it a powerful supporting active for improving the look and texture of damaged skin.
Hyaluronic Acid: An intensive moisture reservoir. It helps keep scarred skin hydrated, soft, and flexible—especially important for scars that feel dry, tight, hard, or uncomfortable. In the formula, it complements the moisture-retaining environment created by silicone.
Centella Asiatica: Botanical scar-remodeling support. Rich in compounds such as asiaticoside, Centella has been studied for its role in wound repair and abnormal scar formation, with clinical research evaluating topical Centella preparations for improving scar development.
Green Tea Polyphenols (EGCG): Advanced antioxidant scar support. EGCG has been investigated for its effects on fibroblast activity, collagen-related pathways, redness, and scar thickness. A randomized human study reported improvements in parameters including scar thickness, redness, and hydration with topical EGCG.
Allantoin: Soothing & softening skin support. It helps condition and comfort rough, dry, irritated-looking skin, complementing the formula’s hydration and scar-softening approach. Allantoin has also been studied in topical wound-healing formulations, although its scar-specific evidence is less direct than silicone or Centella.

“I finally stopped hiding the burn scar on my face.”

“After a kitchen accident, I was left with a dark, raised burn scar along my cheek. Even after the skin healed, the scar stayed red, firm, and impossible for me to ignore. I avoided photos, turned my face away when talking to people, and never went out without trying to cover it.The precision roller design on Trilumia® made it incredibly easy to apply directly over the scar without getting product everywhere. I used it morning and evening, and within 7 days the area already looked less red and felt noticeably softer. After about two weeks, my sister was the first person to notice. She asked me if I’d done something different because the scar looked flatter, smoother, and much less obvious against the rest of my skin.I don’t expect a scar like this to disappear overnight—but for the first time since the accident, I’m not constantly thinking about hiding my face anymore.”

“I thought the acne was finally gone—then the scars started getting worse.”

“I had pretty bad chest acne in my twenties, and when it finally cleared, I thought that was the end of it. But a few of the spots slowly turned into thick, raised, reddish scars that felt firm and looked even more noticeable than the acne ever did.I stopped taking my shirt off at the pool and always kept a T-shirt on at the gym because I hated people staring at my chest.I started using Trilumia® Scar Repair Roller morning and evening. By Day 7, the scars looked calmer and felt noticeably softer. With continued use, the raised areas gradually looked flatter, smoother, and much less obvious against the surrounding skin.A few weeks later, I went swimming with friends and realised I’d taken my shirt off without even thinking about it.That was the moment I knew how much these scars had been affecting me.”

How to Use Trilumia® Scar Repair Roller

Consistent scar care is essential for helping raised, firm, and discolored scars gradually become softer, flatter, and less noticeable. For best results, follow this simple routine morning and evening.
1. Clean & Prepare
Gently cleanse the scar and surrounding skin, then pat completely dry. Remove any creams, oils, sweat, or makeup so the formula can make direct contact with the scar.
2. Targeted Roll-On Application
Remove the cap and gently roll Trilumia® directly along the entire scar, including raised, firm, red, or uneven areas. The precision roller helps distribute a thin, even layer exactly where scar care is needed.
3. Apply a Thin, Even Layer
Use only enough product to lightly coat the scar. Do not rub or wash it off. Allow the formula to dry naturally for a few minutes, creating a clear, flexible Medical-Grade Silicone barrier over the skin.
Once fully dry, clothing, sunscreen, or makeup can be applied over the area if needed.
4. Leave On & Let It Work
For best results, leave the formula on for several hours without washing the area. Evening application can remain on overnight, giving the silicone barrier and scar-care ingredients extended contact with the skin while you sleep.
Why Leave It On?
Continuous contact allows Medical-Grade Silicone to help maintain a hydrated scar environment while Nano-Liposomal Delivery™ supports the targeted delivery and retention of ingredients such as GHK-Cu, Hyaluronic Acid, and Centella Asiatica.
Use consistently twice daily. Over time, continued care helps scars appear softer, flatter, smoother, less red, and less noticeable.
Important: Apply only to fully closed, healed skin. Do not use on open, bleeding, or infected wounds, and avoid direct contact with the eyes.
